Individual Counselling
An individual counselling session at Imua Counselling allows space for clients to be their authentic self in a safe, non-judgemental environment. The overall aim is to provide an opportunity to work towards living more satisfyingly and resourcefully. The counselling experience is tailored to the client’s goals and needs. Sessions may focus on developmental issues, address and look to resolve specific problems, decision-making, how to cope with crises, develop personal insights and knowledge, work through feelings of inner conflict or improve relationships with others.
Services are exclusively virtual for residents of British Columbia.
